Sun City Summerlin: This was the first such community to come up. This facility was once ranked among “America's Top 20 Retirement Communities” by the New Choices magazine.

Sun City Anthem: With beautiful community centers, walking trails, clubhouses and daily activities, this community is home to 8,000. The minimum age for one resident in every home is 50 years old.

Siena: This is a 665 acre gated retirement community that is a favorite. Developed by Sunrise Colony Corporation, this facility offers outstanding views as well. The amenities provided include lakes, waterfalls, fitness center, hiking & biking trails, card rooms, bocce ball court, pools, spas, theater and ballroom. The minimum age is 50 years.
